Are there extra fees for holidays?
Yes, for all major holidays there will be an additional fee for all services
What’s your cancellation policy?
Out of respect for my time and other clients time, I would appreciate a 48 hour notice.
Will anyone else be entering my home while I’m away?
No, unless you tell me otherwise
Will you bring in mail, water plants, or handle other small home tasks?
If I am staying overnight yes, I will bring in the mail, take out the trash (if I am there for your scheduled garbage pick up day), water house plants when needed. Can be discussed at our meet and greet
What do you do if my pet gets sick or injured?
I would first reach out to you (then your emergency contact if you can’t be reached) to update you on the situation occurring and would bring your pet to either to their GP Veterinarian or an emergency hospital if needed. This is where the Client Information Sheet and Pet Information Sheet becomes VERY important
Do you care for other pets at the same time?
Yes, but I am very careful when doing so to ensure everyone is given the proper time and care they deserve
Leashes/Harnesses, Poop Bags, & Treats
Please leave the leash, harness, or collar and poop bags somewhere visible so we can get our walks started as soon as possible.
If treats are given during or after walks or to help get back in our crates, please leave out which treats you would like me to feed
Shampoo and Nail Clippers
If requesting a bath, please leave out the shampoo you would like me to use
I do have my own pair of nail clippers I carry with me
Cameras in the House
I respect you and your home but would like to be notified if there are cameras inside or outside your home
